Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription within 24 hours of subscribing to receive a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be subject to our refund policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be initiated within 7 days of the initial payment. The refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • Number of days the subscription was active (prorated deduction)
  • Payment processing fees
  • Bank transaction charges

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund process will be initiated within 24-48 hours
  • It may take 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank and payment method

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select "Subscription"
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  • Visit our Contact page to raise a support ticket
  • Include your order ID and reason for cancellation
  • Our support team will respond within 24 hours

Note: Refunds are only processed for requests made within 7 days of the initial payment. After this period, you can still cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
